Cupping and Guasha

Cupping is an ancient practice for muscular aches and pains. A glass cup with a vacuum seal is placed on the skin. This stimulates blood flow and allows the muscle tension to release.

Guasha is also used for relieving muscle tension by rubbing a smooth impliment on the skin it improves blood flow.

Cupping and guasha are commonly used by acupuncturists as part of their treatment.
