I Focus on practices that reinforce the therapeutic application of asana (physical postures) and pranayama (breath regulation) I will guide you through a more integrated experience of the body-mind self. My approach to the postural practice of Hatha Yoga is infused with the clarity and precision of the Iyengar method and informed by the principles of Vinyasa Krama (effective and safe sequencing) offering you the opportunity to experience how Yoga can restore physical and mental wellbeing.
Using props to make the practice fully accessible, this is a class open to all.
I am a Yogacampus trained teacher accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and fully ensured.
Every Wednesday 12.30-1.30pm
Classes are £10 pay as you go or £9 per class when you buy 4 classes for consequetive use.
