Yoga is a methodology for freeing life energy or prana so that we can live healthier and happier lives.  It is an internal practice that reveals something fresh and new about ourselves.   More than watched or talked about, Yoga is to be experienced thus allowing transformation to begin from within.

Restorative Yoga


Restorative yoga is all about finding a sense of deep relaxation through your body and in your mind. It involves a series of gentle poses, which are each held for a number of minutes, and the use of props (think bolsters, cushions, blankets) to fully support your body and enable you to let go in each pose. It's a wonderful antidote to our typically hectic, non-stop, stressful lives, allowing you a chance to connect deeply with your body and the moment, to unwind, to restore and renew.
